I think the press has more power because people are willing to listen to them. The politicians have to make things sound as appealing as possible while the press just say it as is. Although the press can come up with lies to spice things up people are quick to listen and believe them. Depending on the decision people vote on it and then the politicians take in to account the votes and then they make a final decision. Although i can't vote i do have opionins on certain things. Reagan went to schools to hear peoples opionins on the King Holiday but in the end he had the final say.

I think that the people have the most power. Although the government comes up with laws, the people still have to vote on them as a sort of final say. The governments whole i purpose is to make the people happy so that there is no problems or the people will fight back, Although that does not always happen. When a bill is being made the press will voice their opinion and the Government will vote on it first, but the final desision that is made is by the people through voting

I think that the press has the most power because they influence the way everyone looks at the world. Anything that the press says on tv for example people will agree with whatever they say. The final decision is all depended on the polticians, but people do have a say. For example, I can't vote yet but my parents can and they vote on what they believe in. For a bill to become a law there are many steps, it has to got through the people first. Then through the house including the senate and the president. At the very end, the President, Raegan, made the final decision to make it a holiday.

I think that the press has the most power because they are the people that sway people's opinions and perspectives about the politicians. In a democracy the politicians come up with an agenda or ideas and the people vote for the politican they agree with. A bill becomes a law by having a politican propose it, the senate and congress agree or disagree with it and make changes to it, then finally the president looks at it and either signs it or not. Then the bill becomes a law. President Reagan had the final say and decided to sign and make it an offfical holiday.

I think that the press has more power beacause thats what people look at all the time. People tend to beleive anyhting they see, so the press can write anything, and people will beleive it.
Decisions in a democracy are made by people voteing, and the politicians look at them, but make the final decision. For example, what we did in class, the people voted first, than the bill went through the house and the senet, and than President Regan had the final say, and was the one who made MLK Jr.'s birthday a holiday.

I think the press ahs more power. For the fact that they support the ideas of the people they make what we want to be heard, heard.
The desicions are made by a vote. the role i play is a citizen i ahve the right to vote for what i want meaning cloths, polotics, and etc.
My understanding of a bill becoming a law is a citizen thinks of a law gets support to follow it then passes it to the congress then seneate then house of rep. then the president.

i think that the people rarely have the most power, the press has the power to influence the people very easily, and the politicians do as well. I see democracy as a majority rule, and "the people" vote. A bill is presented then voted on, it is then passed on to the senate and revise it then they both meet and compromise one version then it goes to the president.

The press has the most power because they are delivering very persuasive and influential news coverage of the politicians to the people and mass audiences. The politicians can say/do things to either make or break themselves throughout the media coverage, while the people have the power to interpret what the media is telling them and develop their own opinions. The politicians and the press are outnumbered by the people and are therefore working in their favor. Furthermore, decisions made in a democracy are done by voting. For a bill to become a law, first a bill starts out as an idea that a group of people have, then the bill is proposed to a congressman, and further on down the line, it has to go through the House of Representatives, then the Senate, and eventually sent to the President, where he can decide to make the bill a law or not.

The people have the most power. The politicians are nothing without the people. We vote them into office and if we don't like them, we have the right to kick them out. All the press does in this circle is report news that helps the people decide who to vote into office. Decisions are made in democracy are made through bills. First a bill is introduced to the Senate or House. Then it's voted on by politicians that the people elected to represent them. Then, the bill is either signed or vetoed by the president.

In my opinion, the people have the most power because they are the ones who elect the politicians and people are the ones who control what the media has to say. Decisions are made in a democracy when people elect government officials and those government officials vote on what they think the people who elected them want. A bill becomes a law when it is first drawn up by a government official. Then it has to pass through the House of Representatives and Senate. Finally the President has to approve as Reagan did with the MLK day

I think that the press has the most power. A lot of people believe what they say goes. They make us see the world a certain way. I think they are a strong influence to most people around the world now, which would deffinetly put them on top.

I think that the press has the most power because people are exposed to many types of media on a regular basis. The people pay attention to the press and often take on the opinions that the press has expressed therefore the press has the most power. Decisions in democracy are made by the people in most circumstances. The people vote and majority rules. A bill becomes a law after Congress and the president agree on it.

i think that the press has more power but, government has more laws that people can vote. when the bill is being proposed it becomes a bill. an official bill signed by reagan.

I think the press is the one with the most power. I think this because people look to the press to get information about the politians. Therefore, people formulate their opinion off of what the press has said about a certain political topic.

I think that the people have the most power mainly because we're the ones who get to elect the next president of the United States.
