I think that the government officials should lower the taxes for the US citizens. I think this would be possible and people would really benefit if this were the case. Not too drastically but in a way that people would appreciate it.
One of the major changes our government needs to make is a decrease in college tuition, as well as more government-funded help to pay for college. Instead of the government just declaring their plan, the next step would be to actually put this plan into action, as President Obama addressed in his State of the Union speech last week. In turn, by making college/college tuition more accessible, it will only lead to creating a better society to live in, with more educated people as well as opportunities.
I think the goverment should bring home the troops from over seas. I also think that they should due away with guns becuase there is no need for people to have them. If no one had them, than no one would need a gun. I also think that they should actually think about what they are going to do before they say it becuase the government says that they are going to do all this stuff, but have no way of doing it.
I agree that our government needs to lower college tuition. Why should paying for an education be as much or more than that of a car or house? That's rediculous. Doing this would benefit so many students, their parents, and even those people who decide they would like to go back to college.
A change the government should make is that they should allow gays to marry. If they are happy and love each other, they should have every right that any hetero sexual American has
I think the government should allow gays to get married. They should have the same rights as everyone else. It's understandable some people may not want to see them publically, but a lot of people don't want to see anyone piblically. SO be more strict on pda don't just not allow them to get married if they are in love they should have to by law agree to spend there lives with that one person like everyone else. I also would think it would majorly be to everyones advantage if they made college more affordable, then everyone could get the chance to have a really strong education and the ones that have money for there kids can now spend that on our economy which would help rebuild us.
A change I believe the government officials need to make is controlling their spending. Each year the United States government wastes money on completely needless programs. The Americans tax dollars are going towards these programs. If the government ended pointless spending, they would be able to spend money on programs that are needed.
I think that our government needs to start watching their spending more carefully. If there was a way that citizens could have a bigger imput on spending decisions that would be great. We need to know where our tax dollars are directly going to because right now alot of people don't trust the government enough to make that decision.
I think that there should be more jobs available and tuition for college should go down. Especially money is the biggest problem because nothing is free and everything has a cost.
I think that the government officials should lower taxes and the price of college tuition. Since the economy is in such bad shape, people are being forced to change their spending habits. Many people are out of jobs and are worried about paying their bills and saving for retirement or sending their children to college. If taxes were lower, people could have less stress and focus on more important things like taking care of their family. College tuition is so ridiculous today, how can people afford to stay afloat? If both of these were lowered, I think that people would be so thankful and happy that they could afford to send their children to college.

They don't need to necessarily increase our taxes to pay for people to get jobs, but i do think they need to help get people back on the right track.

I also think that they should make more jobs available in the near future because as of right now finding a job is really hard to do because our economy is so messed up and its even harder to find one without a high dipolma or a college education.
I think that the government needs to try to financialy support the people less because to many people are becoming dependant on the government to control their lives and pay them money because they dont know how to support themselves.
